References: I accept descriptions and random images put together, but this will cost extra depending on how much I have to put together myself! Fully colored and finished sketches / references are ideal and most inexpensive for you the customer!

After you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 days to get back to you about next steps. This includes discussing details, as well as confirming your commission slot.

Payments are accepted in USD and through invoice only. You are responsible for currency conversions.

Commissions are done through Kofi (prefered) and Paypal Invoice. Please allow time to confirm your spot and details BEFORE sending payment. An invoice will be sent through email.

After confirming, if payment is not made within 48h I will cancel the commission.

Minor revisions for mistakes on my behalf are free of charge. You will recieve two WIP check-ins (one rough sketch, one flat color)

If the mistake is a result of lack of information insufficient for the commission or not mentioned to me when the project is accepted, I am not obligated to correct or change anything.

Major revisions that are not mistakes on my behalf, which are stated after the two WIP check-ins, may or may not be accepted

If i do accept your request for major revisions after WIP check-ins, there will be additional fees (half of original price)

Once invoice is paid, there will be NO refunds.

If for some reason I cannot finish your commission (after it has been started), I can only provide a partial refund. Amount of which depends on how much work and time I have spent (I keep 25% minimum).

After receiving payment, please expect 2 weeks for first WIP. Finished product will be sent within 2 weeks ~ 3 months of order depending on my workload. Commissions are done in the order they are received.

You have the right to set any deadline before I start the commission.

WIPs will be sent in two phases. This includes a rough sketch and color pallet/mood, then a finished sketch with base colors. You have the right to request update photos at any time.

If there are deadlines, you are responsible to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery of the product.

Rush orders will be charged an additional 25%

You reserve the right to be notified of delays.

If there are changes in your timeline, please notify me ASAP so we can discuss changes.

Final Artwork Delivery will contain two items: 1 smaller resolution image (JPG), 1 full resolution image (PNG) through email.

There may be slight differences between samples and the illustration you receive.

I reserve the right to stream your commission piece, post them on my social media, or use them as commission samples (everything watermarked fully). If you would prefer me not to, please let me know when you order!

I reserve the right to watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my watermark will remain on both the full and smaller images by default, unless otherwise requested to have a clean artwork.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

I will not reproduce or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. selling prints, or merch) without the client's permission.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design, unless it was a design made from scratch (which will be agree upon between me and the client in the commission confirmation stage.
